Feel the feeling but don't become the emotion. Witness it. Allow it. Release it. -Crystal Andrus
Resources
Understand • Reflect • Respond
Psychological wellbeing can be supported by developing a greater understanding of ourselves — how we think, feel, respond to stress, use our energy and recognise what we need.
These resources have been created to provide practical, psychologically informed information and opportunities for reflection. They explore areas including emotional wellbeing, nervous-system awareness, personal energy, neurodivergence, stress, self-compassion and sustainable ways of responding to life’s demands.
You can explore the resources at your own pace and use what feels relevant to you. They are intended to support greater understanding and reflection rather than provide a particular way you should think, feel or function.
Then a small note underneath:
These resources provide general psychoeducation and are not a substitute for individual psychological assessment, diagnosis or treatment.
